ORDER TRACKING

When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with UPS tracking information.

OUR GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY

We guarantee all of our merchandise. We take pride in our products and in the service we provide. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority.

If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will exchange it, replace it, or credit your account within 30 days of purchase, less shipping costs.

You may return unused items only in good, saleable condition for a full refund. After 30 days if the item is still unused and in ‘like new’ condition, we will issue a store credit. If returned items are used or otherwise not in ‘like new’ condition, they will be sent back to you at a minimum cost of $5.50.

For proper credit, please include with your return:

1) A Copy of the Order Invoice (included with your order and sent by email)

2) A detailed description of how you would like us to handle your return/exchange

All returned merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not in saleable condition.

You are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise arranged in advance with us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
