Eye Pillows

Eye Pillows are used both to relax the facial muscles surrounding the eyes, and to minimize disturbance from light, thus promoting relaxation during both restorative poses and savasana.

Our eye pillows are made either from 100% cotton fabric or dupioni silk, and are filled with flax seeds. Mint and lavender are added to the flax seeds to further relaxation. However, if you prefer to have no scent added to your eye pillow, simply note this request on your order.

We offer two types of eye pillows. There’s the regular eye pillow, which is simply fabric filled with flax seeds, and there’s also an eye pillow with a removable “pillowcase” cover that can be removed and laundered.

The dimensions of both are 7” x 3.5”, and they weight 3.7 oz.
